Welcome to the team: Junior Test Automation Engineer (flexhub) (m/f/diverse)
Your tasks
- Getting familiar with test framework and ISTQB fundamentals i.e. sorts of tests like functional / non-functional, manual / automated;
- Analyzing of user stories and requirements to design and implement automated end-to-end test cases with the support of a mentor;
- Developing test cases, plans, scripts, data sets, or procedures based on functional or nonfunctional requirements;
- Automating existing test cases and test runs with Test Automation frameworks e.g. Microfocus UFT;
- Maintaining test automation architecture and test automation framework;
- Working on definition and implementation of load and performance test cases to ensure the robustness of our applications;
- Contributing to developing automation frameworks and reusable code libraries for future automation projects;
- Ensuring the continuous improvement of our test methodology, test environment, test data, test stages;
- Working effectively with other developers, designers, and business experts to satisfy project needs;
- Learning the workflows and developing operations skills in ALM Octane, Selenium, Tayco or other needed frameworks.
Your profile
- Good theoretical understanding of the best practices in software development lifecycle and testing in particular;
- Basic knowledge of UFT, Selenium, Playwright, Appium, Gherkin/Cucumber;
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
- Basic understanding of Agile development methodologies;
- Basic knowledge of SQL;
- Fluency in English;
- University degree in IT or relevant.
