Our Technology Stack
Our Microsoft Dynamics CRM environment utilizes an advanced technology stack to meet the needs of a dynamic business. Currently, we are transitioning from an on-premise setup to a cloud-based infrastructure to further increase scalability, flexibility, and security. The system integrates effectively through APIs, enabling robust communication between services, while also serving as an API consumer.
We leverage SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) for seamless data movements and transformations, ensuring optimal performance. To maintain high standards in our deployment processes, we utilize CI/CD pipelines to automate and streamline updates, ensuring reliability and minimal downtime.
Your tasks
As Test Manager, you will take on a critical position in ensuring the functionality, reliability, and overall quality of our Microsoft Dynamics CRM environment. Your expertise will guide the testing strategy for the entire application, promoting a thorough and organized process that delivers consistent results.
Your tasks:
- Responsible for test planning, coordination, and execution throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- Develop and optimize comprehensive test strategies and concepts (manual and automated).
- Lead and train testing teams.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and testing methodologies.
- Analyze test results and define measures for error resolution.
- Advise stakeholders on quality assurance and testing strategies.
- Introduce new tools and technologies into testing processes.
Your profile
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Several years of professional experience in quality assurance and test management.
- Deep understanding of agile development processes and experience in CI/CD environments.
- Solid knowledge of automated testing (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, or similar tools).
- Technical expertise in software development (e.g., TypeScript, basic skills in .NET).
- Strong communication skills and leadership abilities.
- Excellent English language skills. German language as a strong plus.
The ideal candidate will have extensive real-world application testing experience and bring thoughtful, innovative ideas to enhance the organization’s testing methodologies. Your leadership and technical expertise will play an integral role in maintaining the system’s high performance as we continue our cloud migration and expand its functionality.
