Your tasks
- Interpret regulations (CRR3, CRD, EBA RTSs, EBA Guidelines, SRT etc), propose measures and manage activities for Cluster compliance with specific regulations
- Monitor and analyse emerging trends and changes in laws, regulations, industry associations, and other relevant sources to identify new compliance requirements and assess their implications for the organization
- Identification of risks associated with non-compliance with regulations
- Assist Cluster in implementing new requirements coming from business departments
- Driving regulatory changes impact analyses, e.g. to check possible strategic actions
- Explanatory support during audit fieldwork conducted by internal and external auditors (e.g. charterred accountant, ECB, Bundesbank)
- Developing Policies and Procedures to ensure that the organization complies with applicable laws and regulations
Your profile
- Master degree in economics, finance & accounting, law and related
- Relevant expertise in EU banking regulations focussing on credit risk
- Several years of professional experience in regulatory compliance, advisory or audit
- Specialized knowledge and in-depth understanding of regulations on capital adequacy (CRR3, CRD, EBA RTSs, EBA Guidelines, etc)
- Familiarity with industry standards, best practices in capital management
- English C1 level – it is our business language
- Analytical thinking as well as motivated and structured working style
- Drive to innovation as well as conceptual and solution-oriented work
- Ability to work independently and with a high degree of self- responsibility
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Experience with audits (internal and external)
