IT Architect (DLP) (m/f/diverse)

    Your tasks

    • Analyzing the existing IT infrastructure in the context of DLP. Examining the current system landscape to determine whether the software and hardware components work together efficiently and meet both DLP and business requirements;
    • Developing DLP IT architecture plans:
      • Preparing detailed IT development plans that take into account the integration of new technologies and systems into the existing DLP-related infrastructure as input for the DLP roadmap of the responsible Product Owner;
    • Closing collaboration with different business departments, especially with the 2nd LoD (Information Security), the DLP Backoffice and business units to understand the specific requirements and ensure that the IT solutions meet these requirements.;
    • Advising the responsible PO regarding the best technologies and solutions to drive DLP-supporting digital transformation and develop future-proof systems.
    • Identifying opportunities to automize DLP processes, also with respect to possible AI solutions.
    • Ensuring integration and alignment with DLP-related IT services.
    • Monitoring system performance and performs regular analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and increase efficiency (1st LoD controls on DLP processes).
    • Collaborating with engineering, operations, security teams, data privacy officers, and workers council to ensure robust and compliant DLP solutions.
    • Supporting audits, risk assessments, and compliance initiatives

    Your profile

    • Proven experience as an IT architect in cyber risk, with preference for information security/ data leakage prevention;
    • Understanding of related DLP technologies (Data Loss Prevention Policy Management regarding E-Mail, Web upload or Filesharing, Data labelling concepts / Auto-Labelling), network and data security (proven understanding of network infrastructure, data transfer protocols, cloud infrastructure), incident management, and risk management
    • Ability to analyze and evaluate complex systems to develop effective solutions;

    Understanding potential egress vectors for data loss and leakage and the willingness to stay up to date with current developments in the IT environment / in the market;

    • Experience with technical solution design incl. drafting of requirements to be handed over to the responsible PO for implementation (e.g. to associated cluster Digital Workplace);
    • Fluency in German and English – both written and spoken – is mandatory;
    • Familiarity with data life-cycle management, data-classification based policy enforcement, internet access management (in general and for special functions like web upload), ticketing systems (SNow), and hybrid cloud environments;
    • Experience in working with agile development methods, service management, RACI models, and KPI-driven reporting.
