E-Mail Encryption Engineer (Totemo legacy and EPG products) (m/f/diverse)

• 1st billet experience with Totemo and EPG products;
• Supporting and administrating Email Encryption gateways;
• Cryptographing protocols and algorithms, such as SSL/TLS, PGP, and S/MIME;
• Configuring and managing secure email systems, including spam filters, virus scanners and encryption protocols;
• Experience in setting up and/or implementation of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and overall management of digital certificates;
• Background in network security principles, including firewalls and virtual private networks (VPNs);
• High degree of proactivity and ability to work independently;
• Very good problem-solving and analytical skills;
• Solution-oriented approach and a systematic way of working;
• Customer- and service-oriented manners;
• Willingness to take on-call duties (approximately one week per month);
• Good knowledge of email messaging, IIS, Active Directory ;
• Good skills in English language, German – optional;
• Familiarity with Cloud Services in the field of cloud-based email solutions (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace) as well as German language skills would be an advantage.
