    Your tasks

    Participating in Murex support activities globally and develop/adopt best practices for a successful support team;

    · Optimal use of resources to increase efficiency of service;

    · Collaborating with different IT teams involved in provision of Murex to the internal customers;

    · Stakeholder handling & communication (customers, infrastructure providers, vendors, etc) incl. communicating with senior management;

    · Ensuring a cost effective and efficient support operation;

    · Incident managing;

    · Problem managing tasks of Application Operations;

    · Pro-active problem solving / root cause analyzing;

    · Change management tasks of Application Operations;

    · Release management tasks of Application Operations (incl. post release testing);

    · Vendor management;

    · Keeping up-to-date documentation for procedures, solutions and general KT’s;

    · Back-up and recovery management;

    · Safeguarding the stability of the application;

    · Ensuring compliance of the production environment and support processes to the rules & regulations of the bank;

    · Business analysis tasks;

    · Innovation to optimise and improve efficiency of support and applications;

    · Performing special tasks assigned by senior management or business.

    Your profile

    Relevant industry experience in order to perform well in a challenging client facing IT support role.

    · Proficient in ATS application architecture and infrastructure and underlying technologies, e.g:

    · Databases (Sybase/ SQL);

    · Operating Systems (Linux);

    · Shell scripting;

    · Job schedulers (UC4);

    · Network technologies, market data flows and connectivity technologies;

    · Experience working with monitoring tools like Grafana, Dynatrace, and/or Tivoli.

    · Related risk management, reporting and settlement processes.

    · Proficient in-Service Management Processes (ITIL). Service Management processes and standards form the basis of the IT support activities.

    · Proficient in Business Continuity Requirements.

    · Proficient in IT Security. Due to the high damage potential, adhering to IT security requirements is of utmost importance.
