Your tasks
- Developing a product and/or process vision in accordance with the objectives of the bank strategy;
- Creating and being responsible for the product backlog, determine the sprint backlog prior to every sprint through prioritization by business value and/or customer benefit;
- Ensuring stable operations as per the service level agreements, IT security guidelines, user privilege management policy and regulatory requirements;
- Managing the relationship with customers/stakeholders;
- Recognising impending problems, gaining an understanding of overall context and consequences above and beyond the urgent problem and developing new and innovative problem-solving approaches;
- Organizing the user stories, define clear acceptance criteria for user stories prior to sprint planning and obtain commitment of the team for the sprint backlog;
- Being responsible for ROI of the product or process, budget planning, PI Planning, QBRs, OKRs;
- Working in an Agile team setup.
Your profile
- Ability to set priorities;
- Experience in Scrum and Kanban;
- Experience in IT projects and/or IT operation management of complex IT environments;
- Good understanding of banking processes and risk management processes;
- Ability to analyze processes and requirements;
- Good knowledge about definition, coordination and communication of tasks and requirements towards team and stakeholders;
- Excellent customer focused communication skills;
- Coordination skills in team environment;
- University degree in IT or relevant.

Business Connectivity Cluster accelerates the transformation of Commerzbank into a digital technology company by developing and promoting internal and external APIs, Kafka technology, MQ service, MFT that are an integral part of our digital infrastructure, positioning Commerzbank in the German market as the first port of call for simple and innovative customer solutions. We built up a team for providing Message Queueing (technology for messaging between applications) as a platform in the bank. This enables us to facilitate use cases of secure data transfer and increase the bank’s capability.
