Welcome to the team: Product Owner (m/f/diverse)

Your tasks
- Managing the product backlog of your owned application in the lifecycle of Commerzbank`s loan business and being responsible for building, editing and maintaining it.
- Leading the resources of the team, together and in close coordination with the managers.
- Communicating with different roles in the team as it is cross functional, composed of Software Engineers and Business Experts.
- Managing customers/stakeholders and understanding customer needs and translating them into product backlog.
- Working in an agile team setup and actively participating in scrum ceremonies such as planning, reviewing, backlog refinement.
- Preparing and participating in the PI Planning.
- Actively collaborating with other Product Owners in the department to deliver the team’s goals.
- Presenting for various audiences.
Your profile
- Professional experience with Agile product management / ownership;
- Understanding of software development process (experience with JAVA, C# or any other OOP language, or front-end technologies will be considered as an advantage);
- High level of customer orientation;
- Excellent project/time management skills;
- Excellent communication and leadership skills;
- Familiarity with relational databases;
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills;
- Proactive mindset;
- Fluency in English – both written and spoken;
- Fluence in German – both written and spoken;
- University degree in IT or relevant;

The cluster Risk Solutions is responsible for key credit products and their processes, from product development to IT operations routing, audit proofed credit documentation to electronic credit decision data and processes as well as pricing mechanisms and systems.
Due to the wide range of portfolio of products, processes and services provided, the cluster uses a broad IT environment of different technologies and applications. The area always aims to use state-of-the-art and stable applications and development methods. You will be expected to serve as a Product Owner and lead a cross-functional team of engineers, which are mainly working on Full stack development in Spring Boot and React framework.
You will be responsible to lead the team, transform business requirements into IT concepts, coordinate with other teams, lead the team through ambiguity and uncertainty, and provide guidance and backlog management .
