Welcome to the team:

Application Operations Engineer (Cards and New Payments) (m/f/diverse)

• 2 - 3 years of Application Operations work experience;
• 2 - 3 years of Linux work experience – administration, investigation and maintenance;
• Working understanding of at least one of the following – Openshift, WebLogic, SpringBoot;
• Experience in ITIL type of environment and clear understanding of Incident, Problem and Change management;
• Understanding of CI/CD and DevOps concepts;
• Experience with relational databases (MsSQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle);
• Understastanding of Cloud technologies (Azure) – will be an advantage.

The Cluster Cards & new Payments team develops and supports all topics regarding PayDirect, e-commerce, P2P and Direct Debit transactions. Commerzbank is part of a national (#DK) and an international payment initiative (EPI) with the aim to achive a common payment service in Germany an across Europe. Therefore we commited ourselves in participating and implemementing agreed functionalities at Commerzbank. This requires both front-end and back-end customizations that require an employee to operate. The most modern technologies are available for this task, such as KIBANA, dynaTrace, etc. These tools are used to analyze errors and keep track of utilization.
