• Supporting and conducting the TPMs/POs with processing a release according to the release management process for the clusters DWP and other TF relevant.
  • Creating Releases based on requests coming from TPMs/Pos.​
  • Continuously monitoring and documenting the progress of the releases with regards to proper documentation depending on the respective use case​.
  • Supporting the TPMs/POs with creating necessary artefacts (e.g. PO-Cockpit records, Release backlog stories etc.)​.
  • Managing and mitigating risks and resolving issues regarding release quality and scheduling.​
  • QA assurance on Releases (Governance Team alignment).
  • Communicating and aligning the release planning with the teams​.
  • Continuously reviewing the release management process and collecting feedback from the different teams for potential improvement.

  • Experience in Agile working environment and workflows.
  • Previous experience in Release Management is an advantage.
  • Experience in using M365 products.
  • Customer orientation and ownership attitude for the assigned responsibilities to deliver results in time and in line with the clients needs.
  • Service-oriented and transparent in their collaboration with ordered services.
