GM-HR Business Partner Operations (m/f/diverse)

    Your tasks

    • Effective and strategic HR business partner Operations support for all divisions in Commerzbank Paris Branch
    • Local analyses, evaluations and recommendations for actions in relevant HR areas as part of HR Global Function Lead
    • Implementation of global HR products and processes, taking into account respective local requirements
    • Process payroll and accounting duties related to the payroll
    • Providing expert HR support and guidance, delivering advice to management and staff on general employment matters and HR best practices, in compliance with French employment law and related labour regulations
    • Ensuring the implementation of legal, audit, security, regulatory, and strategic requirements within systems and processes
    • Managing and ensuring the accuracy and quality of local payroll data, coordinating mandatory declarations and accounting processes, and assisting in addressing HR audits
    • Providing technical HR administration for SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central), including tasks such as report generation, payroll processing, system configuration, and coordination with vendors or developers as needed
    • Managing other HR systems through accurate system configuration, data entry, and reporting compliance; proactively resolving system issues in a timely manner; maintaining vendor relationships
    • Supporting development of HR Advisory services for business units by integrating HR best practices and ensuring a consistent approach to HR delivery
    • Participating in local and global projects across diverse HR topics

    Your profile

    FORMAL EDUCATION :

    •    Bachelor’s degree or higher, relevant qualification in HR field

    Professional experience :
    •    3 to 5 years experiences in a similar HR function

    Further qualification:
    •    Good Knowledge of the French labour law
    •    General knowledge of HR processes, any specialization is a plus
    •    Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR SystemsLanguage Skills:
    •    French in full proficiency (C2) - mandatory
    •    English Mandatory (C1) – mandatory
    •    Knowledge of German or any other European language is a plus
