We take care of all the Group's credit risks, from new credits to ongoing monitoring and any intensive treatment that may be necessary. We align our work with the claim of the risk function "Shape, Serve & Secure". Shape: We shape the bank through active portfolio management and efficient processes. In addition, we influence the selection of products from a risk point of view. Serve: We are service providers. Our willingness to provide services is determined by the quality of our work, the associated costs and the speed with which we carry out our tasks. Secure: We want to protect the bank's equity and secure. At the credit office in Prague, all Czech clients are assessed jointly with our relationship-manager. Risk discussions with clients are part of the routine.

Your tasks

  • Management of the credit exposures that are a part of a sub-portfolio with average medium complexity (measured by the complex portfolio)
  • Analysis of the relevant documents and decision-making taking into account market and sector-specific characteristics of the borrower
  • Monitoring the development of client financial situations continuously
  • Supporting the design of risk structure and risk volume in cooperation with the market units
  • Advising the sales teams in the structuring of credit exposures
  • Cooperation with other departments of the company
  • Continuous monitoring of the bank's loan portfolio (monitoring of clients' ongoing financial results, monitoring of the fulfillment of the terms of the loan agreement)

Your profile

  • University degree preferably in Accounting or Finance
  • Ideally 1-3 years of work experience in financial statement analysis and credit risk assessment in the segment of corporate clients
  • Fluent in Czech and English language is a must, German is an advantage
  • Flexible and open-minded approach, organized and reliable person
  • Adaptability, analytical thinking, precision, and attention to detail
