Your tasks

  • Acting as point of contact for clients in day-to-day business, solving customer complaints, taking up customer orders, preparation of solution finding matters.
  • Co-ordinating client correspondence and messages.
  • Supporting the Relationship managers within the sales process.
  • Contractual services and well as technical support for othe bank´s departments.
  • Issuance and mailing of contracts, monitoring of contract returns and processing of data after client visits; monitoring of transactions and dealing with related correspondences.
  • Reactive support of clients.
  • Admin duties including ordering of stationery, archiving, renewal of subscriptions / publications, cab bookings, co-ordination of set up for new starters/interns etc.
  • Independent solving of customer request in the area of responsibility.
  • Responsibility for orders of trade finance and cash management products.
  • Entering requests into the respective ordering systems and/or forwarding of orders to the responsible area.

Your profile

  • Secondary education with at least 2-3 years of professional experience or University education (preferably in Economics/Banking/Finance)
  • Active knowledge of Czech (native speaker) and English, knowledge of German is an advantage
  • At least one year of experience in banking or finance in a similar position
  • Basic orientation in banking products
  • Ability to work independently
  • Time management skills
  • User knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Pleasant demeanor, flexibility
  • The art of dealing with people
