Procurement and Facility Management Specialist (m/f/diverse)

    Your tasks

    • Procurement of goods and services based on internal bank regulations;
    • Liaising with local clients with regards to purchasing queries concerning the status of Purchase Order;
    • Ensuring that all related filing is kept up to date at all times;
    • Selecting appropriate vendors where the bank does not have a preferred vendor;
    • Liaising with vendors to resolve pricing and delivery;
    • Working closely with other Procurement functions in Prague;
    • Steering the local Facility Management Provider to ensure a smooth running of daily FM operations incl. technical / IT rooms;
    • Coordination of Service Vendors for maintenance works;
    • Liaising with Landlord for local facility services and real estate management;
    • Coordinating with other Departments in the branches on their short, medium and long-term requirements on space planning, leasing and office space requirements;
    • Responsibility for carbon-footprint and other aspects of eco-management and sustainability;
    • Responsibility for health and safety tasks to be in line with local regulations;
    • In close cooperation with the HQ’s functions making sure that the physical security of the branches is organized according to the relevant regulations in regards of access, CCTV, BCM and key management.

    • Self-reliant working in a good performing team;
    • Strong relationship management;
    • Organizational background focusing on Corporate Procurement, FM & Security;
    • Decision making skills;
    • Strong communication skills;
    • Experience working in international team and with international customers;
    • Good analytical and problem solving skills, with focus to continuously improve processes;
    • Fluent in Bulgarian, both written and spoken;
    • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

We need motivated people who will join us on this journey and we are looking for a Procurement and Facility Management Specialist in our Group Management – Organization & Security Corporate Services team.

    In this team we are supporting the local branch – DTC with corporate procurement, real estate and facility management as well as with physical security services. In cooperation with all relevant GM–OS CS roles we are the organizational backbone of the branch. We ensure day-to-day provision of GM-OS CS tasks for the DTC in Sofia.
