Your tasks
What you will be doing?
- Procurement of goods and services based on internal bank regulations
- Liaise with local clients with regards to purchasing queries concerning the status of Purchase Order
- Ensure that all related filing is always kept up to date
- Select appropriate vendors where the bank does not have a preferred vendor
- Liaise with vendors to resolve pricing and delivery
- Work closely with other Procurement functions in Prague
- Steering the local Facility Management Provider to ensure a smooth running of daily FM operations incl. technical / IT rooms
Coordination of Service Vendors for maintenance works - Liaise with Landlord for local facility services and real estate management
- Coordinate with other Departments in the branches on their short, medium and long-term requirements on space planning, leasing and office space requirements
- Responsibility for carbon-footprint and other aspects of eco-management and sustainability
- Responsibility for health and safety tasks to be in line with local regulations
- In close cooperation the HQ’s functions make sure that the physical security of the branches is organized according to the relevant regulations in regards of access, CCTV, BCM and key management

Requirements:
- Self-reliant working in a good performing team
- Strong relationship management
- Organizational background focusing on Corporate Procurement, FM & Security
- Decision making skills
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working in an international team and with international customers
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with focus to continuously improve processes
- Fluent Polish and English in speaking and writing.
