Welcome to the team: Junior Business Analyst (1 year fix-term contract) (m/f/diverse)
Your tasks
- Administrative maintenance of products defined in the A-App and compliance with all internal procedures and requirements;
- Maintaining in a prudent manner all products in good administrative conditions as required by the cluster and the business, including all related cross-functional tasks;
- Understanding the business content, thus building the communication bridge between the business (Front Office: Traders & Sales) and the IT (developers, testers, operations);
- Identify and continuously optimize business processes in IT-products, including: analysis, configuration, testing, implementation, thereby leading the communication between internal and external stakeholders;
- Analysis and understanding of overall Cluster architecture and applications in order to identify opportunities to enhance not only the systems within Regulatory Sales Tools but also the overall user experience – thereby, ensuring that internal and external standards are met;
- Acquiring deep technical knowledge of the applications and performing various configuration activities to support the business needs;
- Implementation and support of new functions, modules and/or interfaces of the applications as required by the business needs;
- Analysis and consultation of product owner with regard to short-/ mid-/ long-term strategy of the cell by ensuring the identification of necessary and value-adding epics which are aligned with Commerzbank’s overall business strategy;
- Commitment to being not only a strong service provider but also a consultant to the business, including understanding of business needs, challenging and development of initial ideas, offering and discussing several solutions with focus on business value / regulatory requirements / effort;
- Analysis and understanding of technical process and interfaces to other systems of all business process of the cell;
- Participation in the agile methodologies and the improvement of the level of agility of the cell / cluster / bank; a commitment to collaborative problem solving, professional communication, and delivering a quality product.
Your profile
- Excellent communication skills, confident / ability to present to different stakeholders;
- Decision-maker, ability to prioritize work;
- Proactive behavior, very good problem solving skills, attitude to move on / forward;
- Strong team player able to work in international teams (spread in multi-location nationally or internationally);
- Experience and positive attitude towards agile methodology (Scrum / Kanban);
- Very good communication skills in English - both verbal and written.
