We are a dynamic and innovative organization operating within the technology sector. Our platform is designed to offer comprehensive solutions for Counterparty risk management. We are seeking a motivated individual eager to embark on or further their journey as a tester and business analyst.

As a part of the team, you will play a crucial role in the development, contributing to the complex testing solution and increasing overall quality of our application.

This position is ideal for motivated individuals, eager to colaborate in developement of high quality software . You will work on internally developed application designed for managing Master Agreements pertinent to trading activities, using cutting edge technologies like .NET, Openshift and Blazor.

Your tasks

  • Collaborate: Work closely with senior developers to design and implement new components and features.
  • Engage: Participate in an agile development team to refine and plan user stories.
  • Manage: Participate in project management tasks, collecting requirements from multiple parties.
  • Develop: Contribute to create complex testing solution.

Your profile

  • Proven 1-2 years of experience as tester.
  • Willing to learn about the app and its context and take ownership.
  • Requirements gathering, clarification and negotiation as well as specification creation.
  • Proactive approach.
  • Knowledge of formal requirements for creating testing documents (test cases, bug reports).
  • Communicative and assertive.
  • Proficient in automated testing (Playwright, Selenium, Gherkin, etc.).
  • Knowledge of BDD.
  • Work as a bridge between developers and BAs/end users.
  • Basic knowledge of SDLC and STLC.
  • Strong analytical abilities.
  • Proficient in English (minimum B2 level).
