Business Continuity Management Support for London/New York
- Ensuring the ongoing adequacy, accuracy, and suitability of business continuity plans and supporting documentation;
- Ensuring that BCM test preparation and documentation are provided on time and to a high standard;
- Driving the continuous improvement of business continuity and resilience with a primary focus on the business processes;
- Developing and enhancing the Management Information in line with local and Head Quarter requirements;
- Assisting with tabletop and Disaster Recovery test exercises, evaluating outcomes and tracking improvements;
- Ensuring lessons learned activities are conducted for both real and simulated incidents.
- Representing Business Continuity topics with local stakeholders.
- Ensuring the appropriate handling of business continuity topics in the outsourcing and procurement arrangements of the Bank.
- Ensuring that the branch has appropriate disaster recovery measures in place.
- Ensuring that London branch and New York branch adheres to all group polices and regulations for Business Continuity;
- Assisting across UK-Operational Resilience and any ad-hoc topics when required.
- Ability to engage with colleagues and stakeholders across the Bank;
- Ability to clearly communicate in both verbal and written form;
- Ability to balance attention to detail with tight deadlines;
- Work independently and as part of a team;
- Self confidence;
- Fluency in English;
- Completed or studying towards a University degree or equivalent.
