We are looking for a motivated independent colleague with strong analytical and support skills to join our Application Operations team within the Finance Delivery Department.

We are responsible for SAP-based applications for financial and management reporting. In this context, we bring together Group consolidation, accounting and controlling in terms of technology and processes and develop them further in an innovative and future-oriented manner. In addition, we provide quality-assured individual business data for internal risk and external regulatory reporting.

This position is open for a Junior specialist (ideally within Finance or IT area) eager to learn new skills and pick up new challenges.

Your tasks

  • 1st and 2nd level support of SAP FI/CO, SAP BW and/or other SAP applications together with the team
  • Daily, Month-End and Year-End tasks and processes
  • Build a knowledge in your area of responsibilities, systems and processes
  • Assisting in system maintenance, configuration adjustments and scheduling changes
  • Cooperation with Development and Business Expert teams; performing also testing, transports and releases
  • You will be part of an agile, cross-functional team supporting SAP systems.
  • Participating in on-call schedules, weekend and public holiday support upon requirements, is essential for stable and high-performance operations
  • Using various ticketing tools on daily basis

Your profile

  • Applications support experience, ideally within a complex, multi-platform environment.
  • Great analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility
  • Applied module knowledge and experience in one or more SAP banking products is a plus
  • System skills outside of SAP is a plus
  • Knowledge of finance and accounting, data management or/and Business Intelligence and reporting tools is a strong advantage
  • An independent, reliable, stress resistant attitude; open to learning and continuous self-improvement
  • Good communication skills in English (Czech is not required, German is a strong advantage)
