Product Owner/BA Assistant (m/f/diverse)

    Your tasks

    • Maintaining in a prudent manner all service products in good administrative conditions as required by the cluster and the business, including all related cross-functional tasks;
    • Understanding the business content, thus building the communication bridge between the business (Front Office: Traders & Sales) and the IT (developers, testers, operations);
    • Analysis and understanding of overall Cluster architecture and applications in order to identify opportunities to enhance not only the systems within Regulatory Sales Tools but also the overall user experience – thereby, ensuring that internal and external standards are met; 
    • Acquiring deep technical knowledge of the applications and performing various configuration activities to support the business needs;
    • Implementation and support of new functions, modules and/or interfaces of the applications as required by the business needs;
    • Backlog managing, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories;
    • Ensuring product functionality is properly documented;
    • Ensuring stable operation of application in alignment with defined service level agreements, guidelines and regulatory.

    Your profile

    • IT project management experience (2 years +);
    • Software content creator;
    • Experience with local/international regulations;
    • Understanding of SDLC;
    • Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint);
    • Experience with Jira/Confluence;
    • Strong stakeholder management skills;
    • Enjoy working on complex issues and break down to find a solution;
    • Strong willingness to learn, creative thinking and proactivity;
    • Very good communication and interpersonal skills;
    • Enjoy working in an international team and motivation in learning new technologies;
    • Fluency in English;
    • University degree in Business administration or similar.
