Welcome to the team: Application Operations Engineer (CI/CD CHAMP) - Software Development Tools (m/f/diverse)
Your tasks
- Providing several strategic development tools on Windows platforms and on Linux based containers;
- Preparing external vendor tools binaries for packaging and deployment, testing and documentation as per the needs of a regulated bank environment;
- Maintaining and developing housekeeping tools;
- Providing advanced technical support and problem solving (Atlassian JIRA, Service Now);
- Provisioning of centralized license management services for development tools (changing place)
- Sharing advices to customers on licensing topics.
Your profile
- Strong experience with Windows Client Operations, including system configuration tools,runtimes and settings;
- Experience with software development tools (Eclipse IDE, OpenJDK, Doxygen , MS Visual Studio, MS Visual Studio Code, IntelliJ IDEA, DevExpress, Resharper, XMLSpy and the IBM-Tools like RAD, WAS, IM);
- Familiarity with agile software development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);
- Fluency in English;
- University degree in IT or relevant.

The CI/CD CHAMP cluster is responsible for the development and provision of services in the area of Continuous Delivery, and Continuous Integration. We provide automated deployment environments, customized delivery pipelines, test automation tools and expertise, as well as onboarding services. Our customers and partners are other software development teams within Commerzbank.
