Your tasks
- Developing, leading, and building a global Cyber Threat Hunting function to proactively detect advanced cyber threats that evades traditional security controls.
- Designing and executing a hypothesis-driven threat hunting program leveraging threat intelligence, anomaly detection, and adversary TTPs (Tactics, Techniques & Procedures).
- Customising and adapting frameworks & methodologies for advanced threat detection and analysis.
- Collaborating closely with Global Incident Response and Threat Intelligence teams
- Providing audience-centric reporting on threat hunting activities and threat trends.
- Mentoring and developing a team of cyber threat hunters.
- Coordinating with global, regional, and functional leadership to ensure alignment and consistent performance across defined processes and capabilities.
Your profile
- 10+ years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, including 5+ years in a functional leadership role, preferably within the Banking and Finance industry.
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a focus on information security.
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, GEIR, GCTI, GREM, or equivalent are preferred.
- Deep understanding of frameworks and methodologies such as the Cyber Kill Chain, Diamond Model, and MITRE ATT&CK, and Threat Hunting tooling.
- Proven track record of building and managing cyber threat hunting or advanced detection teams
- Deep technical knowledge of adversary TTPs, malware analysis, intrusion detection, and cloud technology.
- Strong analytical and customer-oriented thinking, Conflict resolution and decision-making skills.
- Outstanding communication skills in English
