TFCM Sales International Local Head Milan (m/f/diverse)

    Your tasks

    As Local Head in Milan, you are responsible for Cash Management and Trade Finance business (TFCM) within the local TFCM Sales International unit in the branch. You are also in charge of developing concepts for maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients as well as newly acquired ones.

    General tasks

    • You are part of a dynamic leadership team in TFCM Sales International and manage strategically our location in Milan
    • You have revenue responsibility for an assigned client portfolio
    • You enforce team spirit and a feedback culture to ensure a continuous improvement of the team´s work and internal processes
    • You move forward the close cooperation and coordination among all team members of the client service team including relationship managers and specialists
    • You are creative and highly motivated to give proactive impulses for further development of products and services in Cash Management and Trade Finance business
    • You ensure advisory and services towards the clients considering their special needs and taking the bank’s economical and capital requirements, rules and regulations as well as compliance related tasks into consideration
    • You work strongly together with the Regional Head Europe I and support him in working on strategic direction of our business
    • You ensure appropriate planning and executing of sales initiatives within your team and usage of bank´s tools within these processes

     

    Your profile

    • Several years of experience in the sales of Cash Management and Trade Finance products to multinational corporates
    • Extensive experience in Supply Chain Financing solutions and ECA financing
    • Comprehensive knowledge of regulations and guidelines in the area of responsibility
    • Several years of management experience (3+ for a management position would be fine)
    • Exceptional customer orientation
    • Strong can-do mindset with a proactive approach
    • Creative thinking and capability to give impulses to foster product development
    • Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
    • Ability to facilitate team-spirit and cross-departmental cooperation
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English. German is of advantage.
