Developer SAP Analytics Cloud & Datasphere (m/f/diverse)

    Your tasks

    • You will supporting our team in the HR Processes & Products cluster by independently analyzing, designing, and implementing various requirements in our system landscape.
    • You will be thinking creatively and are open to exploring beyond the usual boundaries.
    • Your will be focusing on the (technical) development of the new reporting and analysis system for HR data. You will coordinate with all relevant stakeholders, such as program management and operations colleagues, to develop an efficient and stable solution approach, implement it, support its successful GoLive, and assist during the hypercare phase.
    • Subsequently, you and the team will take responsibility for its operation and further development.
    • Beyond your role as a developer, you will contributing with your technical knowledge to strategic decisions and help sustainably develop the system landscape of the Human Resources department.

    Your profile

    • You have a degree in a STEM subject or a comparable qualification.
    • You possess several years of experience in conceiving analytical systems.
    • You have extensive experience with SAP DataSphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, and ideally, SAP SuccessFactors.
    • You have practical experience with the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)
    • You are ready to support other (IT) topics.
    • You enjoy acquiring knowledge in both theoretical and practical forms and sharing it with others.
    • You consider solutions holistically and enjoy thinking through unconventional approaches.
    • You are interested or have practical experience in agile working methods.
    • A confident demeanor, service orientation, and cooperation skills, as well as strong analytical and conceptual thinking abilities, come naturally to you.
    • Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken, round off your profile.
    • German language skills are desirable.
