Senior Software Solution Architect (flexhub) (m/f/diverse)

    Your tasks

    • Leading the design, build and operational aspects of cloud applications, DevSecOps and working on implementing cloud native solutions;
    • Developing cloud adoption strategies aligned with organizational goals;
    • Designing scalable and secure cloud architecture;
    • Managing cloud migrations with minimal disruption to operations;
    • Creating and enhancing the architectural concepts of new reusable services based on complex business requirements;
    • Designing suitable solutions for integration of backend systems into the Commerzbank IT landscape to realize the functionality of your team’s applications with performance, scalability, fault tolerance and maintainability in mind;
    • Ensuring that architectural solutions comply with internal regulatory requirements and governance policies;
    • Ensuring that architectural solutions implement security best practices and Zero Trust principles;
    • Supporting your team with technology selection, roadmap preparation and release planning.

    Your profile

    • High knowledge of software architecture patterns (microservices, event-driven, layered, etc.)
    • Deep understanding of cloud technologies (Azure, GCP, OpenShift) and CI/CD;
    • Strong knowledge of Java, Java Frameworks, Spring;
    • High knowledge of object-oriented and domain-driven design/architecture;
    • Previous experience with RESTful Web Services, security concepts, Relational and NoSQL databases and messaging services (Kafka, Google Pub/Sub);
    • Fluency in English – both written and spoken;
    • University degree in IT or relevant.
