Welcome to the team: Chapter Lead (Cyber Defense & Base Services) (m/f/diverse)

Your tasks
- Leading and developing a team of operational Cyber Defense resources, which are located in Sofia. For this you need an appropriate use of personnel management instruments;
- Responsible for all cluster-wide cross-services including Controlling and Provider Management;
- Ensuring and optimising productivity, efficiency and the quality of work within the chapter;
- Active role model function for the agile methodology and a strong focus on customers and service;
- Being responsible for making available the necessary staff for the various cells, both in terms of quality and numbers, and ongoing coordination with the product owners with regard to their personnel requirements and the material work processes;
- Ensuring that team members in own area of responsibility meet compliance requirements at all times; strict compliance with regulatory training requirements; actively promoting awareness of compliance-related issues among the staff;
- Coordinating and steering professional activities, taking into account commercial, efficiency and quality aspects; taking initiative in the steering of cross-functional activities – also outside own area of expertise if appropriate;
- First point of contact for operational issues;
- Preparation of operating and maintenance cost estimates;
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements;
- Report functionally to the cluster lead, which is located in Germany (Frankfurt).
Your profile
- Combination of technical skill for product lifecycle management and team lead function;
- Previous experience in leadership of teams and team management;
- Excellent customer focused communication and collaboration skills, both written and oral;
- Problem management coordination skills;
- IT Education and practical experience in a bank and/or IT environment;
- Knowledge of controlling, vendor and / or provider management;
- High flexibility and adaptability to fast-changing environment;
- Fluency in English - both wirtten and spoken.
