Your tasks
- Analyzing application design and code to identify areas where automation can be applied;
- Developing tests cases, test plans, test scripts, test data sets, or test procedures based on business requirements;
- Reporting results of automated tests to development teams so that defects can be addressed before production release;
- Conducting post-release audits to ensure that software is functioning properly in a live environment;
- Developing automation frameworks and reusable code libraries for future automation projects;
- Coordinating with development teams to ensure that new features are thoroughly tested before deployment;
- Documenting test plans, test cases, test results, and other test artifacts · In collaboration with the Product Owner, you will develop a modern strategy for test automation and for handling test systems and test data;
- Maintaining the test automation architecture and the test automation framework and significantly further developing it;
- Ensuring the continuous improvement of the test methodology, test environment, test data, test stages, and quality gates;
- Automating existing test cases and test runs with test automation frameworks, such as Micro Focus UFT, defining test frameworks for the software applications, building them, and supporting them;
- Developing scripts and functions for automating web applications;
Your profile
- Degree in computer science or a simiral field;
- Understanding of QA Processes and Best Practices;
- Knowledge of Test Automation Tools and Frameworks;
- Very good communication and problem-solving skills;
- Strong team player able to work in teams spread in multi-location nationally or internationally;

The Cluster FlexHub supports all clusters within the Delivery Organization of Commerzbank with skilled personnel, teams and IT services for strategic initiatives bringing innovation to products.
We work in the Cluster in an agile structure, in which the teams work independently and flexibly on their tasks. Each team assumes responsibility for the product in the application and context environment from start to finish, from business analysis to software development to operation. The teams use agile working methods for their organization to deliver products to customers faster and more efficiently.
