Your tasks
- Participating in the development of new and enhancement of existing reusable services based on complex business requirements to implement the functionalities of the product;
- Participating in all phases of the software development lifecycle;
- Working in close collaboration with other team members to guarantee the in-time delivery of the product;
- Supporting incident resolution and bug fixing;
- Participating in technical analysis and supporting technical documentation creation;
- Participating in the creation of various tests to guarantee the quality, performance, and scalability of the applications;
- Participating in a development process in which code quality, transparency, and cooperation are highly value;
- Working in an agile team setup and participating in alignment meetings;
Your profile
- Advanced proficiency in Java and Spring;
- Experience with HTML5, CSS, TypeScript, and React;
- Strong skills in object-oriented analysis and design;
- Proven experience in developing RESTful Web Services;
- Solid background in unit and module testing;
- Familiarity with relational databases;
- Experience with OpenShift, Azure, CI/CD, and containerization;
- Knowledge of messaging services like Kafka and Google Pub/Sub;
- Understanding of web security and secure coding practices;
- Basic knowledge of performance and scalability in cloud-native applications;
- Good analytic thinking with attention to details to solve problems;
- Agile methods, agile project environment;
- Proactively driving projects and tasks to deliver results;
- High flexibility and adaptability to fast changing environment;

The Cluster DO FlexHub supports all clusters within the Delivery Organization of Commerzbank with skilled personnel, teams and IT services for strategic initiatives bringing innovation to products.
We work in the Cluster in an agile structure, in which the teams work independently and flexibly on their tasks. Each team assumes responsibility for the product in the application and context environment from start to finish, from business analysis to software development to operation. The teams use agile working methods for their organization to deliver products to customers faster and more efficiently.
