IT Project Manager (FlexHub) (m/f/diverse)

    Your tasks

    • Managing cross-divisional and bank-wide IT (sub-) projects;
    • Preparing, implementing, and managing project committees, also in cooperation with other units;
    • Tracking project milestones and taking actions leading to achieving the project goals;
    • Supporting, preparing, and performing quality control of project documents for decision-making and documentation of work results;
    • Coordinating project planning and controlling the implementation of IT (sub-projects), including resource planning and allocation;
    • Reporting and monitoring projects, if necessary, also within the framework of overall bank projects;
    • Participating in the optimization of processes, structures, and control methods;
    • Measuring project success through adherence to timelines, budget compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction;
    • Managing interfaces with various parties (program/project management, other internal and external third parties);
    • Developing proposed solutions together with the parties involved, e.g., in the event of deviations in deadlines and results;
    • Analyzing the current project requirements and selecting suitable project methods, e.g., PMI, agile project management;

    Your profile

    • (Technical) university degree in the fields of business informatics, computer science, economics, mathematics, physics or a comparable course of study;
    • Professional knowledge and experience in project work: at least 3 years;
    • Leadership and communication skills;
    • Teamwork and conflict resolution abilities;
    • Time management and organizational talent;
    • Flexibility and adaptability to changing requirements;
    • Very good English skills;
    • Agile mindset;

    The Cluster FlexHub supports all clusters within Delivery Organization of Commerzbank with skilled personel, teams and IT services for strategic initiatives bringing innovation to products. We work in the Cluster in an agile structure, in which the teams work independently and flexibly on their tasks. Each team assumes responsibility for the product in the application and context environment from start to finish, from business analysis to software development to operation. The teams use agile working methods for their organization to deliver products to customers faster and more efficiently.
