Welcome to the team: Team Manager (Network & Security Infrastructure) (m/f/diverse)
Your tasks
- Leading and developing a team of Network / IT Security Specialists, who are located in Sofia;
- Ensuring and optimising productivity, efficiency, and the quality of work within the chapter;
- Being responsible for making available the necessary staff for the various cells, both in terms of quality and numbers, and ongoing coordination with the Product Owners with regard to their personnel requirements and the material work processes;
- Leading and improving an agile team setup;
- Establishing interaction and knowledge transfer processes in the chapter;
- Ensuring the professional development of the team members by bundling know-how, a permanent knowledge exchange and best practice approaches in the chapter;
- Being proactively responsible for the permanent exchange between the cells and chapters, ensuring smooth cooperation;
- Reporting functionally and disciplinary to the Cluster Lead, who is located in Germany (Frankfurt).
Your profile
- Proven experience in leading and developing a team of Network / IT Security Specialists;
- Good team player with high ability to work in cross-locational or international teams;
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills;
- Problem, escalation and stakeholder management skills;
- Good analytical and solution-oriented thinking and ability to work independently;
- Customer orientation and ownership attitude for the assigned responsibilities to deliver results;
- High flexibility and adaptability to a fast-changing environment;
- Open for business travels to Germany within the first weeks and on a regular basis afterwards;
- Fluency in English.
- Fluency in German would be considered an advantage.

The Network and Security Infrastructure team provides a global end-to-end operation of network and security services. This includes strategic development of network services, product, and hardware management up to various service offerings regarding network and security infrastructure or digitalization activities.
