Welcome to the team: Talent Management Specialist (m/f/diverse)

Your tasks
- Global Integration: Create and execute talent management strategies and policies. Actively implement global Talent Management products and processes and adapt them to meet specific local needs.
- Coordination: Coordinate local development initiatives, ensuring alignment with Senior Talent Management Specialist and local requirements.
- Employee Engagement via Training and Development: Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and retention whilst delivering training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Data Analysis: Analyze talent data to measure the effectiveness of talent management initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
- Advisory Support: Support HR Business Partners in their advisory roles regarding talent and employee development. Act as a sparring partner to managers and provide expert insights. Facilitate succession planning and career development initiatives,
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Senior Talent Management Specialist and other HR teams to ensure cohesive and effective Talent Management practices.
- Budget Planning: Collaborate with department heads and HR teams to develop and propose annual and quarterly training budgets based on identified needs and strategic objectives. Ensure effective monitoring, management, and optimization of the training budget
- Vendor Management: Evaluate and select training vendors and partners. Negotiate contracts and manage relationships to ensure cost-effective delivery of high-quality training programs.
Your profile
- A degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Educational Sciences, Human Resources Management, or a related field;
- Minimum 5 years of professional HR experience, preferably in Talent Management or employee development;
- Proven ability to adapt global HR initiatives to local needs;
- Excellent communication and coordination skills;
- Ability to act as a Subject Matter Expert and support managers and HR Business Partners with effective Talent Management solutions;
- Project management skills and experience in coordinating development initiatives;
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus);
- Knowledge of Success Factors would be a plus.
