Data Analyst and Automation Engineer (m/f/diverse)

• Practical experience in applying data analytics/data science within a data analytics / data science team team in a financial or industrial company.
• Proven experience in understanding business data and performing data analyses using tools such as SQL, Hive-QL, or Spark.
• Experience in Machine Learning would be considered an advantage..
• Solid programming skills, particularly in Python.
• Practical experience in Data Visualization using Qlik or equivalent tools.
• Familiarity with SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
• Experience with Cloud technology and Cloud-native services.
• Strong analytical skills to decompose complex datasets and tasks
• Excellent problem-solving skills demonstrating creative and strategic thinking to produce effective results and develop innovative tools
• Strong self-responsibility to independently develop and enhance products
• Fluency in English - both written and spoken, German would be considered an advantage;
• University degree in IT, finance or relevant.

The Data Analyst and Automation Engineer will play a critical role within Group Audit, which provides independent audit and advisory services to the Board of Managing Directors.

Your expertise in data analysis and your deep understanding of data will uncover new insights from our extensive data inventory. You will use your programming skills to ensure that data evaluations are continuously accessible through user-friendly IT systems and to enhance process flows with automation. Take responsibility for our products, evolving and updating them to meet changing requirements while collaborating closely with agile team members and other functions.
