Your tasks
As a Security Incident Manager in the "Cyber Risk & Information Security" department, you will be the interface between the Active Defense Center and the bank's Group CISO. Demonstrate your knowledge and skills in the 2nd line of defense by:
- Systematically collecting and evaluating the current cyber threat situation
- Coordinating and monitoring the processing of security incidents in the 2nd LoD
- Conducting lessons learned workshops to continuously improve processes for managing security incidents and tracking the implementation of improvement measures
- Creating reports on security incidents
- Designing and monitoring compliance with security requirements for the management of security incidents
- Planning, developing, and implementing or moderating tabletop exercises to test our security incident processes
Your profile
- You have a degree in engineering, mathematics, physics, IT, or comparable fields of study
- You have many years of experience and expertise in the field of cyber security, ideally gained in the financial industry
- You have a proven track record of analyzing, processing, and learning from security incidents
- Playbooks are not just playbooks to you; you are familiar with how to use them in the context of incident processing
- You can immerse yourself in technical depths and explain them in a management-appropriate manner
- You keep a cool head under high time pressure and approach tasks in a structured and pragmatic manner
- You have the courage to address points openly, show a high level of initiative, and have the ability to develop and implement constructive solutions in a team
- Proven knowledge in the field of information security and IT security is an advantage (e.g., CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001)
- Communication and documentation in German and English are second nature to you
