Welcome to the team: Technical Test Coordinator (Middleware & Environments) (m/f/diverse)
Your tasks
- Coordinating issues between different clusters and applications;
- Supporting the establishment of the newly introduced processes of TU Leitstand (Test Environment coordination);
- Supporting of projects in relation to test environment issues;
- Designing and optimizing these processes together with other team members and Test Masters from all clusters in the delivery organization;
- Contributing to a better overall understanding of the processes around the critical technical (E2E) processes in the test environments;
- Supporting the technical expansion of the environments in response to technological developments (e.g. cloud);
- Moderating of incident calls with Commerzbank's other units;
- Helping develop and optimize methods to measure the availability of the test environments.
Your profile
- Previous experience in application support through all stages of its lifecycle;
- Familiarity with the technical interaction of application, middleware and infrastructure;
- Knowledge of basic application coding in Java and reading log files;
- Familiarity with the characteristics of complex test environments;
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills;
- Strong customer and service orientation as well as team competency;
- Very good structural, analytical and solution-oriented thinking as well as conceptual skills;
- Fluency in English – both written and spoken;
- German would be considered as an advantage;
- University degree in IT or relevant.

In the Middleware & Environments cluster, we provide the technological basis for application integration, process automation and testing of bank applications. In addition, our cross-platform development, testing environments and tools support other clusters in their application lifecycle. The strategic goal is to provide our platforms and services in a stable and efficient manner.
