Modern End User Connectivity Practice Lead (m/f/diverse)

    Your tasks

    • Providing end-to-end leadership for the Managed WLAN Service, ensuring secure mobile connectivity for employees and guests;
    • Overseeing the implementation of the Network Access Control (NAC) Service, enabling clients to define, apply, and enforce network access policies consistently across all devices;
    • Managing the delivery of Location Based Services (LBS), offering wayfinding, proximity notifications, and valuable dwell time data to enhance customer satisfaction and drive impulse purchases;
    • Driving cultural and operational changes, promoting a high-performing and employee-centric modern network operations team/s;
    • Developing and evolving future-focused workforce and organizational transformation strategies;
    • Collaborating with technical resources to define solutions and underpinning technical architecture;
    • Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders, providing strategic advisory services;
    • Fostering talent development within the team, identifying training needs and providing coaching and mentorship.

    Your profile

    • Extensive experience in connectivity and campus area strategies and transformation;
    • Proven experience as a people manager, with a track record of establishing and leading successful services and teams, including managed services in the area of network operations;
    • Experience in managing the relationship with many internal customers/stakeholders as well as with the vendors;
    • Excellent customer focused communication skills, both written and oral, as well as strong negotiation skills;
    • Basic understanding of SAFe and agile principles and values;
    • High analytical and conceptual skills;
    • Fluency in English – both written and spoken;
    • German would be considered as advantage;
    • University degree in IT or relevant.
