Are you a Data Scientist with a passion for machine learning and finance? BONDS is seeking a talented individual to join our front office team and play a crucial role in forecasting investor behavior and driving strategic market decisions.

Your tasks
- Collaborate with primary and secondary market teams to develop models forecasting investor behavior using advanced machine learning techniques.
- Work on the development and maintenance of data infrastructure to support robust data analysis and model development, in close cooperation with our Delivery Organisation / IT / Big Data internal partners
- Generate proactive ideas to integrate AI into various business aspects to enhance market predictions, operational efficiency, and clients’ strategic delivery.
- Engage in the digital transformation of the Bonds platform to improve efficiency for both internal and external customers.
- Working in a highly regulated environment, you will follow all essential procedures and standards of practice in compliance with respective regulatory and legal requirements
Your profile
- Degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Econometrics, or a similar highly quantitative discipline
- several years of professional experience
- Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in programming, preferably Python and SQL
- Experience in Data Science and Financial Mathematics with a proven ability to extract insights from complex datasets
- Strong interest in capital markets, including Bonds ; experience in the area is definitely a plus
- Understanding of Investment Banking products, processes and market conventions will be a strong advantage
- Entrepreneurial attitude towards learning new markets and models
•Strong communication skills to convey technical insights to stakeholders
•Highly team oriented
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with short deadlines and changing circumstances; capacity to manage priorities with a high degree of autonomy.
•Fluency in English; further European languages will be added positive attributes
