Technical Support Intern with German (m/f/diverse)

    Your tasks

    • Processing of incidents and requests:
    • Accepting end-user phone calls and emails;
    • Classifying incidents and requests logging tickets as required;
    • End to End Ticket Ownership on behalf of Customers;
    • Escalation to the next higher level if required;
    • Providing initial solution within prescribed use cases;
    • Documenting and updating of incidents and requests.
    • Creating, maintenaning and updating of relevant documents and processes;
    • Being responsible for the maintenance of existing documentation; FAQ/Knowledge Base;
    • Providing user support for the creation of requests, e.g. for backup and restoring requests;
    • Providing user administration (mailboxes; user accounts; lock/reset passwords, folder access).

    Your profile

    • Interest in user help desk / user support;
    • Good knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Client Products;
    • Basic knowledge of hardware;
    • Customer / service-oriented manner;
    • High ability to work under pressure even at difficult conditions;
    • Fluency in German – both written and spoken;
    • Fluency in English – both written and spoken;

    Within the cluster Digital Workplace we provide a global end-to-end operation of workplace services and customer-oriented continuous innovation. This includes vendor/supplier/outsourcing management, as well as strategic development of workplace services, product and hardware management up to various service offerings regarding end-user support or digitalization activities.
