Welcome to the team: Application Operations Engineer (Technical Product Manager) (m/f/diverse)

Your tasks
- Technical ownership and life cycle management of your products;
- Monitoring infrastructure and applications, analyzing problems based on product logs;
- Active daily incident management and customer support for your products;
- Being responsible for the release management and rollout coordination;
- Supporting our customer in relation to your products;
- Communicating and collaborating with platform users and developers;
- Creating and maintaining corresponding authorization groups;
- Creating and maintaining product documentation;
- Ensuring compliance with the bank's rules and regulations;
- Status reporting to management;
- Working in an Agile team setup.
Your profile
- High knowledge of Windows Application Server Administration;
- Professional experience with Internet Information Services administration (IIS);
- Professional experience with Microsoft SQL Server administration;
- Strong experience with Windows / Unix / Linux operating systems;
- Previous experience with software application support (focus on .NET applications), preferably in the banking environment;
- Good knowledge in scripting;
- Knowledge in ServiceNOW;
- Fluency in English – both written and spoken;
- University degree in IT or relevant.

The CI/CD CHAMP cluster is responsible for the development and provision of services in the area of Continuous Delivery, and Continuous Integration. We provide automated deployment environments, customized delivery pipelines, test automation tools and expertise, as well as onboarding services. Our customers and partners are other software development teams within Commerzbank.
