Our cluster Digital Banking Solutions delivers client-focused Digital Banking products and services. One of these products is PSD2, which provisions standardized and reliable API to payment accounts and makes it possible to identify third-party payment service providers in a secure way and secures all related communication between all parties involved. This API provides third parties with account information services and payment functionality – currently more than 12 million monthly calls and still climbing. In a greenfield project, our Prague team is building proprietary PSD2 solution using the modern tech stack, that will allow us to scale the PSD2 features. And soon, we will be working on further exciting Open Banking & Finance initiatives. 

Your tasks

  • Understand business requirements and identify test scenarios from them.
  • Work closely with Product Owner and development team to create test plans, test cases and test data.
  • Planning and execution of functional tests (integration, system test and user acceptance tests), as well as regression tests and documentation of the results.
  • Defect management - document and track defects.
  • Preparation of requirement traceability matrix.

Your profile

Technical:

  • Knowledge and extensive experience in software testing concepts.
  • Proficient in concepts related to testing REST API and microservice infrastructure testing.
  • Experience with REST clients such as Postman.
  • Experience with test automation, Selenium and REST Assured tech stack are an advantage.
  • Experience working with test tools, such as ALM Octane, and their integration into test automation pipelines is an advantage.
  • Experience working with Cloud Technologies is an added advantage.

Other skills and experience:

  • 3 or more years active professional experience.
  • Fluency in English – both written and spoken as you will be in daily contact with our colleagues who don´t speak Czech.
  • Responsibility and acting proactive.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Cross team communications.
