Your tasks
- Understanding of the overall concept of the bank, including the brand, customer, product goals, etc;
- Rotating through our divisions of responsibility when needed and provide ideas;
- Providing entry-level professional services to the day-to-day operating objectives of the unit;
- Participating in various projects and their planning, that are designed to develop new professional skills and expertise appropriate to the needs of the organization;
- Receiving guidance, training, and mentoring from the specialists in the team in planning and carrying out activities and assignments;
- Other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Your Profile
- With basic knowledge in Batch, VBS/VBA and PowerShell scripting;
- With basic knowledge in Windows OS client, Office 365 Applications, MFA;
- Interested in gaining knowledge in the field of technical and desktop support;
- Currently a bachelor’s or master’s student in a technical major;
- Highly motivated to learn new things and shape your future career in IT;
- Communicative and proactive;
- Fluent in English.
