Your tasks
- Facilitating Scrum ceremonies;
- Ensuring the effectiveness of each ceremony and drive desired outcomes;
- Coaching the team in resolving obstacles and achieving sprint and project goals.
- Fostering self-organization — encouraging and develop the team’s ability to manage themselves and their processes;
- Assisting the Product Owner in creating, organizing, and prioritizing backlog items;
- Ensuring seamless communication within the team and with external stakeholders;
- Continuously improving Agile practices, team culture, and workflows;
- Identifying, addressing and monitoring potential dependencies and risks affecting the team;
Your profile
- Previous experience as Scrum Master;
- Experience in Agile practices;
- Good understanding of SAFe methodology;
- Familiarity with Kanban;
- High flexibility and adaptability to fast changing environment;
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills;
- Proactively driving projects and tasks to deliver results ;
- Fluency in English - both written and spoken;
- University degree in IT or relevant.

The Big Data Cluster Team is at the cutting edge of creating the essential infrastructure needed for artificial intelligence at Commerzbank. By enabling data scientists, analysts and developers, the team offers a wide range of data resources, such as data warehouses, data platforms, visualization platforms, and an all-encompassing data science platform—all in a single location.
As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in advancing Commerzbank’s cutting-edge data layer and AI platform. You will support our teams based in Sofia, Łódź and Frankfurt. Your role will involve fostering Agile methodologies, facilitating key processes, and ensuring smooth collaboration and delivery both within the team and across teams.
