The Bonds division delivers a complete set of services around the bond products in both the primary and secondary markets.
As a leading Euro bond house we offer customized advice for issuers looking to raise financing in the capital markets. At the same time, we provide dedicated solutions and ongoing support to investors interested in Bond investment opportunities throughout the full lifetime of any bond. Bonds teams are located in Frankfurt, London, Milan, New York, Paris, Singapore and Zurich.
Your tasks
You will be responsible for the full execution of roadshows for the Bonds team and support other marketing events in Frankfurt and in international locations.
Among others, you will be responsible for arranging logistics from start to end for virtual and physical formats; you will manage budget and budget process; you will support the team in the preparation of material for roadshows and other client events and in internal and external marketing of products and transactions. You will be the administrator of the internal Roadshow system and a key driver in further enhancement and digitization of our roadshow and marketing tools and processes.
You will be working in very close coordination with the Bonds Origination and Sales teams in Frankfurt and in the international locations.
Your profile
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in organizing client events or roadshows
- Knowledge of venues and hotels in key financial centers; good contact access with appropriate suppliers and venues are welcome
- Experience in Capital markets environment ideally and knowledge of related compliance restrictions
- Fluency in German and English (oral and written)
- Full proficiency in MS-Office tools
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment, with short deadlines and changing circumstances; capacity to manage priorities with a high degree of autonomy
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent time management
