Solution Designer with ServiceNow Know-How - Sofia/Plovdiv

    • Creating and maintaining technical design of the ODE product solution;
    • Create and align architecture of ODE and corresponding interfaces;
    • Integrate the ODE product solution into the ordering portal following the existing ServiceNow architecture and design;
    • Ensuring that the software / development documentation is complete and up-to-date;
    • Working in an Agile team setup and participating in Kanban/SCRUM meetings;

    • Very good knowledge of ServiceNow (Platform modules, contents, configuration and development);
    • Previous experience in designing and creating technical solutions for ordering portal using the platform ServiceNow;
    • Good knowledge of connectivity technologies (REST, CLI, Kafka);
    • Good understanding of relational databases;
    • Previous experience with cloud solutions (Openshift / GCP / Azure / AWS) would be an advantage;
    • Familiarity with agile software development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);
    • Previous experience with GitOps and understanding of tools like GIT, Ansible, Terraform;
    • Fluency in English – both written and spoken.
