Welcome to the team: Technical On-boarder with CI/CD knowledge (m/f/diverse)
Your tasks
- Supporting us in the implementation of Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD) pipelines;
- Presenting in conferences, as we're an active team;
- Supporting our internal partners from IT departments as customers in building automatic software, test and deploy from the development environment through the test stages to production;
- Leading customer sessions where you describe and explain the design of our CI/CD concept in order for them to successfully understand the processes and follow the prerequisites;
- Supporting customers in CI/CD process and communicate with them in finding troubleshooting solutions.
Your profile
- High proficiency in using application infrastructure, operating systems, software lifecycle, quality assurance and architecture, ideally in the banking environment;
- Strong understanding and use of DevOps pipeline tools such as: Jira, Confluence, Teamcity, BitBucket, Nexus, XL-Deploy, Octane, Selenium, Fortify, SonarQube;
- Strong analytical and solution-oriented thinking and acting;
- Very good communication and presentation skills ;
- Customer and service orientation;
- Fluent English – both written and spoken. German will be considered as an advantage;
- University degree in IT or relevant.

The CI/CD CHAMP cluster is responsible for the development and provision of services in the area of Continuous Delivery, and Continuous Integration. We provide automated deployment environments, customized delivery pipelines, test automation tools and expertise, as well as onboarding services. Our customers and partners are other software development teams within Commerzbank.
