What you can expect from us:

•  Further development according to your interests: We offer you a unique and flexible graduate program that prepares you for roles in which you can take responsibility and ownership
•  Maximum variety: you will have a hand in picking four different business units which you will contribute to for three months at a time. Whether technology, strategy, product, or sales units - the choice is yours!
•  Even MORE variety: During an eight-week phase, you will be able to choose whether you want to work with our design agency (Neugelb) in Berlin, our IT development teams in Prague or Sofia, comdirect in Hamburg, our VC subsidiary (neosfer), with its Impact Festival in Frankfurt, or you can support our political work in Brussels or Berlin, for example
•  Around the world: Whether New York, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, or Shanghai. For eight weeks, you will support our units abroad and gain important experience as well as lasting memories in the process
•  Training: We love developing our team members and aim to upskill you with challenging workshops and team projects of your choice
•  Our extremely helpful IDDP alumni are more than 100 strong. The IDDP Alumni come from 19 different countries and speak 20 different languages. From day one, you’ll be part of a group that you can rely on!
•  We know how to have fun and are open to laugh with each other - including at ourselves.

The Perks:

• A fixed contract from day one: your employment at Commerzbank does not end after the 18 months, instead you will be a full-time employee of Commerzbank from the beginning, of course after your probationary period of 6 months
