Desktop Support Engineer ( Level 1) (m/f/diverse)

    Your tasks

    • Processing of incidents and requests;
    • Accepting end-user phone calls and email;
    • Classifying incidents and requests logging tickets as required;
    • End to end ticket ownership on behalf of customers;
    • Providing initial solution within prescribed use cases;
    • Documentating and updating of incidents and requests;
    • Creating, maintenaning and updating of relevant documents and processes;
    • Maintenaning of existing documentation; 
    • Adhoc activities requested by management.

    Your profile

    • Professional experience in 1st level user and/or desktop support (Windows and Microsoft Client Products);
    • Customer and service-oriented manner;
    • Good knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Client products;
    • Good team player with high ability to work in cross-locational and international teams;
    • Fluency in English – both written and spoken;
    • Fluency in German- both written and spoken;
    • Willingness to work on shifts (8-hour workday from Monday to Friday with rotations covering 08.00-20.00h).

    It is possible certain tasks from time to time would need to be performed from our Plovdiv office which your employer shall keep you informed.
