  • Working directly with other internal agile development teams;
  • Identifying the team’s coaching needs and organizing workshops to build up know how on defined DevOps topics;

  • Creating the concept of standard workshops about selected technical practices;

  • Joining internal department events in order to get last updates about our technology standards;
  • Participate in team’s planning, daily, review, retrospective;
  • Other tasks related to the job.
  • Previous meaningful with Java, further programming languages (e.g. C++, C#, Angular) will be considered an advantage;
  • Hands-on experience with Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment (CI/CD);
  • Familiarity with relational databases/SQL (e.g. Oracle);
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code, Everything as Code tools / practices;
  • Experience with automation incl. automated testing, deployment and monitoring practices;
  • Solid experience with IntelliJ, Junit, Git, GitOps, Teamcity or Jenkins, Maven (or similar), Docker and others;
  • Very good communication and presentation skills;
  • Basic coaching skills (previous experience with the conception of workshops or experience with developer-friendly formats (e.g. Coding Dojos) would be well-appreciated);
  • Fluency in English – both written and spoken;
  • University degree in IT or relevant.
