You will become part of a business unit called CI/CD & Agile QA, which is responsible for the development and provision of services in the area of Continuous Delivery, Continuous Integration and Agile Quality Assurance. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of an automated DevOps platform used in the bank.

Your responsibilities would consist of:

  • Managing the product backlog and being responsible for building, editing and maintaining it;
  • Managing the resources of the team, together and in close coordination with the team leads;
  • Managing customers/stakeholders and understanding customer needs and translating them into product backlog;
  • Working in an agile team setup and actively participating in scrum ceremonies such as planning, review, backlog refinement;
  • Preparing and participating in the PI Planning;
  • Actively collaborating with other Product Owners in the department to deliver the team’s goals; 
  • Presenting for various audiences.

The skills and experience we would like you to have:

  • Professional experience with Agile product management / ownership;
  • Understanding of current concepts and implementation of CI/CD;
  • High level of customer orientation;
  • Understanding of software development process (experience with JAVA, C# or any other OOP language will be considered as an advantage);
  • Leadership skills in team environments;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Good team player with high ability to work with cross-locational and international teams;
  • Fluency in English – both written and spoken;
  • Fluency in German would be considered an advantage;
  • University degree in IT or relevant.
