As a Support operator you will be part of a growing international team based in Prague City Center. We are seeking for junior candidates willing to learn new skills and support various database environments.


The position in newly established team provides strong potential for improving your skills and knowledge. We provide training lessons and senior leadership/mentoring.

People in our teams are very friendly, cosmopolitan and welcoming. We foster innovative and creative thinking and appraise individual as well as team performance.

What will be expected from you:

  • 2nd level support, as well as customer/project consultancy
  • Incident, Problem and Change management
  • Database maintenance, Housekeeping, Backup/Restore requests, Capacity management and Migrations
  • Take part in project work related to new version releases
  • Participate in on-call schedules, weekend and public holiday support is required
  • Effective team cooperation
  • Basic/Intermediate Linux knowledge
  • Knowledge of Java/NoSQL/Cassandra is beneficial
  • Communication in English
  • Understanding Shell or Python scripting languages is an advantage
