  • Responsibility for the accounting of the Western European branch (Zurich)  and cooperation with the local management and other external partners (Tax office,  Tax Advisors, Auditors)

  • Participation in projects outside of the standard reporting cycle (predominantly related to changes in the accounting & regulatory reporting environments, changes in the IT infrastructure)
  • Check/Test of data and reports during SAP development
  • Work experience: minim. 2 years in banking industry or similar position in the shared service centrum, financial services, audit of financial institutions, accounting
  • Understanding of Accounting  rules for bookings of fixed assets, provisions, invoices issued and invoices received.
  • Ability to be project leader for SAP development and profile in key user for Accounting department
  • Good command of written and spoken English (B1, B2) and German (Advanced)
  • The position is open for experienced accountants who are looking for a new job challenge as well
  • Ability to be a key contact person for stakeholders (branch management, auditors, advisors etc.)
  • Capable in usage of MS Office applications
  • Good knowledge of IFRS accounting requirements
  • Experience with HGB is welcome
